Gudai-Darri Mine Site

DPS were originally contracted to offer technical support to the commissioning team for a 3-month period supplying 6 E&I techs rotating on a 2/1 roster.

The company’s ability to hit critical project milestones, along with the documented evidence showcasing a superior performance (see reference) compared to our competitor, led the client to increase our engagement capacity to supply 12 E&I techs, 10 mechanical fitters, and 3 commissioning supervisors for the project. This effectively put DPS in the lead commissioning role for the project with Monadelphous employees now answering to our leadership team. The project value increased increased 10 fold from inception to completion by its completion. Key milestones include completing the outflow and secondary commissioning phase by provided milestone dates. The company is still on site today, working directly with the Rio Tinto operations and completions teams offering various roles from small projects to operational support, showcasing the company’s reputation on site.
