Projects

Gudai-Darri Mine Site

>$4.3B

DPS were originally contracted to offer technical support to the commissioning team for a 3-month period supplying 6 E&I techs rotating on a 2/1 roster. The company’s ability to hit critical project milestones, along with the documented evidence showcasing a superior performance (see reference) compared to our competitor, led the client to increase our engagement capacity to supply 12 E&I techs, 10 mechanical fitters, and 3 commissioning supervisors for the project.

Karara Mining Limited Filter Press

>$200M

Karara Mining Lease were several months over schedule when DPS were engaged which resulted in us being handed the construction of the filter presses as well and the commissioning phase. As the project had not allocated any resources to completions, DPS were tasked with developing all test sheets (ITR’s) for every asset within the project, as well as engage with the permit hut and aid in the development of a commissioning plan to facilitate the energisation process.

BP Rail Bottom Fuel Loading

>$2M

DPS were engaged by UGL to scope and deliver the electrical construction and commissioning of the Kewdale sites “Rail Bottom Loading” project. As a classified hazardous area, the company had to ensure appropriate construction techniques were used to remain compliant in a reasonably aged “brownfields” environment. Constant production and operations meetings had to be attended to ensure minimal disruption, including during the commissioning process.
